You have the option to buy the Remove Ads feature to remove the third party Ads in the game.


Just click this icon at the main menu and complete the payment process.

Vola! You will not see any ads from now on.

For players who purchased the No More Ads feature, but are still seeing Ads in the game, you can check if you have entered game with your purchased google account.

Another option is closing the game and re-entering again.

Unique Soft does not have the ability to process refunds for iTunes Appstore transactions since purchases made are through the iOS payment platform.

To request a refund, you should see a "Report a Problem" link next to the item you purchased. If this was a recent transaction, the link/button might not be available yet. Please wait for the payment to post or for Apple to send an email of the receipt before requesting a refund.

Our team is investigating these reports in order to help prevent games to become corrupted.  In the meantime, we have collected some information as well as some troubleshooting steps which may help you resolve these issues on your own. 


What is a corrupted game? 
An inaccessible game that can no longer be played due to data not properly received by the client application and/or the server. 

Ways to indicate a corrupted game 

  • Particular game is frozen/unable to open 
  • Tiles unable to be placed onto the board 
  • "Out of Sync" message appears when accessing a particular game
  • No Tiles left to play but the game has not yet ended

You may try to Delete and re-install the corrupted game. This will cause a loss in your game stats (your high score resets to zero)
